Disconnect access.

This page explains how authorized users can revoke or remove QuickBooks Online access for QBO Accountant Agent.

QBO Accountant Agent access can be revoked by disconnecting the app from the relevant QuickBooks Online company or by removing the authorization through the user's Intuit account controls where available.

Disconnect Steps

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online with an account authorized to manage app connections for the relevant company.
  2. Open the apps or connected-apps area for the company.
  3. Find QBO Accountant Agent.
  4. Choose the available disconnect, revoke, or remove-access action.
  5. Confirm the disconnect action and verify the app no longer appears as an active connection.

Private Runtime Cleanup

For private/internal operation, authorized users should also remove any locally stored app token state or cached accounting review artifacts according to the private app's operating runbook. Do not paste tokens, credentials, exports, or financial data into this public page.
