QBO Accountant Agent
End User License Agreement
Effective date: May 14, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of QBO Accountant Agent (the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. License
Subject to this Agreement, the Application operator grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your own internal bookkeeping, accounting review, and related business operations.
2. Authorized Use
You may use the Application only with QuickBooks Online companies, accounting records, and data that you are legally authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you provide or authorize the Application to access.
3. QuickBooks Data Access
The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit-approved authorization flows. The Application is intended to support review, analysis, reconciliation assistance, and reporting workflows. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the Application should not be treated as a system of record.
4. No Professional Advice
The Application may help organize or analyze accounting information, but it does not provide legal, tax, investment, audit, or certified public accounting advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, or compliance decisions.
5. Restrictions
You may not misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, use it to violate another person's rights, or use it with data you do not have permission to access.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application may depend on QuickBooks Online, Intuit APIs, hosting providers, browsers, operating systems, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
7. Availability And Changes
The Application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may change as the Application moves through development, review, testing, and production use.
8. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Application operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or accounting errors arising from use of the Application.
10. Termination
The license granted under this Agreement may be suspended or terminated if you violate this Agreement, misuse the Application, or use it in a way that creates legal, security, privacy, or operational risk.
11. Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by the QBO Accountant Agent Privacy Policy.
12. Public Compliance Pages
The Application's public compliance pages are static and informational. They do not provide public access to the private application, collect credentials, initiate OAuth authorization, or expose a backend service.
